Retro designs keep coming back lately! And muse on the fun deed data that Oakley started in 1975 with BIKE GRIPS? Well, their inaugural artefact was made of a gala documents, Unobtainium ~ and this also crossed over into their predestined eyewear lines, but it started first with the B-1B ~ and they’ve brought the draw back in an uncommonly fixed number run, with an updated newer, softer rubber involved - and a 2010 extirpate is embossed on the ends of the grips ~ they will be within reach in 5 colors, here’s a descale at dirty and whey-faced and the clouded and sooty… and more to contract! In deed data they even worn fun retro inspired packaging! They masterly me a few pairs when i popped by their HQ today ~ and it was such a beautiful day out, and we were joking around that “B-1B Teaching System” sounded like it could be for missiles… so genuinely, had to take some pics of them in front of their immense guided missile before i leftist! Oakley resurrects a very dearest and much coveted chequer from the brand’s funny BMX/Cycling recapitulation: the B-1B bike grips. When Oakley started in 1975, eyewear was not the endorse gift; it was a motocross control made of a singular information known as Unobtainium. The mutinous lay crossed over into components of Oakley’s eyewear pieces, but also into its BMX grips as featured in the B-1B miniature. The B-1B is one of the more cultured grips ever engineered. Highlighted by a staunch tread found within and on the covering of the meet head on, it enabled a momentous plane of adhesion to the handlebars and the rider’s hands. Other elements found on the B-1B, such as the neoprene/lycra flange, aid with blister mitigation making it one of the most whole grips in the clique of BMX.
