I have a stand mixer (which I will renounce omit unnamed) that I received as a largesse several years ago. I’ve cast-off it for all abundant things from cookie dough to pudding to bread. It works ok, but I’ve never absolutely been happy with it.

With the relentless raising and lowering of the move to add ingredients, detaching the mixing paddywhack in sodality to shift the wheel, and kneading dough by to–I was far-out of it!
