When i am lining a tattoo the ink doesn’t poke out finished the first try. It looks like some spots are missed. Yes i have my machines set correctly and my voltage is normally ran between 9-12. I don’t go to booming because the needle gets stuck and i go in about 1/16 of an inch. I use intenze constant jet. That is the only in a predicament im having is outlining.
