My greyish-white Dab hand HD KitchenAid Mixer has delivered years of utilization to me so far. I regularly use it to bake artisan french bread, and I would advocate it to anyone with a yoke of caveats. First, it is tenable for the stationary head of this mixer to unbuckle if you are mixing dense bread dough or a full heap of sausage. This mixer does have the power to mix a 6 cup bread procedure, but sometimes it will start to overheat, and it will shut out itself off.
